By registering or using the betsuper platform, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions ("Terms") and all related policies published on this website. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you are not permitted to use betsuper's services.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and betsuper ("Platform"). betsuper reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time without prior notice. Any changes take effect immediately upon publication on the platform. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
Use of the betsuper platform is restricted to individuals aged 18 and above. Registration by minors is strictly prohibited, and any such account will be closed immediately upon identification.
2. Account Creation & Security
Account Registration
Each user is permitted to hold only one betsuper account. Opening multiple accounts using the same or different information is prohibited and may result in the suspension or closure of all associated accounts, including forfeiture of any existing balance.
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. betsuper reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time to validate the information provided. Failure to submit the required documents within the specified timeframe may result in temporary account suspension.
Password Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account login details. betsuper will never request your password via email, chat, or any other means. If you suspect your account has been compromised, contact our support team immediately at [email protected]. betsuper is not liable for any losses resulting from a user's negligence in safeguarding their login credentials.
3. User Responsibilities & Platform Rules
- Providing accurate and up-to-date information during registration and identity verification.
- Not using the platform for any fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other illegal purpose.
- Not using automated software, bots, or any tools designed to exploit the platform's systems.
- Not attempting to access another user's account or betsuper's internal systems without authorisation.
- Sharing your account with any other individual, including family members, is strictly prohibited.
- Making bet or game claims that contradict the explicitly stated promotional terms.
- Spreading false or misleading information about the betsuper platform to other users.
- Using offensive, disruptive, or threatening language in any communication channel on the platform.
4. Payments, Deposits & MYR Transactions
Deposits & Withdrawals
All transactions on the betsuper platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Accepted payment methods include DuitNow, GrabPay, and online banking from major local banks. betsuper reserves the right to decline any deposit or withdrawal request suspected of involving fraud or illegal activity.
Withdrawals will only be processed to a bank account registered in the same user's name. betsuper does not permit withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances. Standard withdrawal processing time is between 1 to 3 business days, subject to required verification procedures.
Bonus & Promotion Terms
All bonuses and promotions offered by betsuper are subject to wagering requirements and the specific terms stated in each offer. Any attempt to abuse promotions — including opening multiple accounts or placing strategic bets solely to meet bonus requirements without genuine play intent — may result in bonus forfeiture and further action against the account.
5. Liability Limits, Intellectual Property & Changes to Terms
Betsuper Liability Limits
Betsuper provides the platform on an "as is" basis, with no express or implied guarantee that services will be available at all times without interruption. betsuper is not liable for losses arising from technical disruptions, internet connectivity failures on the user's end, or unforeseen circumstances beyond the platform's control.
In all circumstances, betsuper's total liability to any user shall not exceed the amount deposited by that user in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim. betsuper accepts no liability for indirect profits, business losses, or punitive damages.
Intellectual Property
All content on the betsuper platform, including logos, designs, text, graphics, software, and interface elements, is the exclusive property of betsuper or its respective licensors. Users are not permitted to copy, redistribute, or use any such content without prior written consent from betsuper.
Account Policy & Closure
Betsuper reserves the right to suspend or close any user account that violates any part of these Terms, or where there is evidence of fraudulent activity, system abuse, or behaviour harmful to other users. Account closure decisions are final and at betsuper's sole discretion. Any valid outstanding balance will be processed in accordance with applicable internal procedures, subject to the outcome of any investigation.
Any third-party links that may appear on the betsuper platform do not imply betsuper's endorsement of or responsibility for the content of those sites. Users who access external links do so at their own risk. These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and any disputes shall be resolved in accordance with the jurisdiction of the relevant Malaysian courts.
